I can live with it.... quite minimal, compared to to some other mobile suit anime where EVERY week they reuse the same animation when a particular Mobile Suit is launched.... sheesh... The Vajra Queen tried communicate with Ranka through an image of her mother singing aimo? (fart yeah! Sakamoto Maaya sings aimo, even if it was short. If they don't put that one onto an OST ill strangle someone ) Character deaths! (or what seemed like it) Is michel a goner? Luca? One of the pixies definately seemed to be gone Definately puts a lot of substance to the talk of Vajra as an intelligent species... Actually the indiscriminate nuking of them towards the end left me with a bad aftertaste... big big mistake happening kind of feeling. Grace was right that about hate burning brightly last episode... Once Ranka started singing they began ceasing their attacks, but everyone was too enraged to notice... Brera revealed himself to Frontier, having "Rescued the hostage and will now back up the Frontier forces"... Grace awakens in a clone body! Must be phase 2 in their plan.. Major Focker Posted July 10, 2008 Share Posted July 10, 2008 - vajra go boom boom. hope there's another hive somewhere otherwise i'm going to miss them - 171 is the new cool. did they get a weapons upgrade or did they just fight better with their backs against the wall? - looks like one of the pixies bit the dust. some of the vultures in the other thread will be disappointed there aren't more character deaths. - luca's fate isn't certain. you think he bit it too? didn't seem like a direct hit. i wonder who will nurse him? - they probably had to reuse a lot of footage and spent it instead on the huuuuge amount of rendering they must have used on all those ships - so brera finally broke with grace? seems he acted on his own initiative while grace was still downloading herself wooh! good luck sleeping tonight after that episode! Still realing from the effects of the fold bomb from last episode at the start. The episode kept layering on the punches after that. Holy multiple oversized reaction bombs, batman! Yeah, I was a bit shocked at the lack of development on the Pixy that bought it. Mind you, I was expecting Luca to buy it, after he said the magic words of "I've got something to say, and I'll say it to you after I get back." That's like running upstairs when you're being chased by a crazed killer. I think Ozuma didn't so much take a back seat, as be blown away at the aggressive piloting and devistation that Alto unleashed. I think he didn't get loaded with reaction missiles because he was out ahead of the Macross Quarter, and had to fly back/he was leading the troops; whilst Aruto was already landing to drop off Sheryl. I found it a bit of a stretch that not only did Aruto have the time to get his VF loaded with full armour packs, but also get reaction missiles AND talk to the girl. Anime physics affecting the passage of time anyone? And yes, still blown away at the high pace of the episode. It was one of those "hey, did what I think it did just happen?" How will she explain her resurrection to Sheryl, unless she can somehow argue that she left the planet before hand, or is it well known that Grace has other bodies. And Grace is Ranka's mommy? Talk about a conflict of interest here As for Sheryl, from the screen shots posted, all I can say is poor Sheryl, looks like she's on the downhill path for a while. If Ozama is getting his pineapple salad, then it make sense to reduce his role for a bit, same thing happened to the previous recipient of the salad where there wasn't much part for him, and then just like that, he's gone.
