jwinges Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 I just watched battle royal movie 1 special edition. All I can say is HOLY CRAP! very cool stuff. My wife even liked it. Can't wait to watch the second movie later this week. Think I might pick up the manga too. Anybody else a fan of Battle Royal here? They so need to make an anime of this.

Imho if you can watch Saving Private Ryan battle scenes, you can watch Ichi the Killer. SPR haves a bit more gore than Ichi, but Ichi does have the torture scenes can be very unpleasent to watch. BR2 is a huge disappoint for me.
