Deadzone Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 Check out kidkorrupt's website. He has some interesting ones, good ones, and really funny ones. Just type in "kidkorrupt" in yahoo or some search engine. That's how I found it. Quote
bigkid24 Posted September 9, 2003 Posted September 9, 2003 Most of the customs that I've admired were on websites that I'm not sure are even up anymore. Kidkorrupt's is a good site. Rosario Love had good ones on his site. Jung had good ones. You might want to see if there are still links to these sites on the MW links page. Valkyrie Factory is a good place too. Almost everyone from MW has pictures of their collections on there. Quote
kanata67 Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 I have pics of a few customs I've come across while surfing and on ebay. I can post a couple but don't ask me who did it or what it is Quote
Guppy Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 here's a few from my 'favourites' list: http://users.ev1.net/~superjaw/ - superjaw has some nice customs and good tips for painting. This is how I got into it, and found macrossworld about 2 or 3 years ago. Jung's Valkyrie Hangar has a lot of sweet custom pics: http://www.geocities.com/hunt4r/macross/jetfire.htm Kidkorrupt's site is also good: http://www.geocities.com/valkcreations/index2.htm And for lots of other sci-fi stuff and GREAT tips, go to starship modeler: http://www.starshipmodeler.com/ Oh, and also try the old MW forums and try searching in the 'toys & models' for custom valk threads - there are lots of them! http://www.macrossworld.com/cgi-bin/mwf/ikonboard.cgi Quote
MicronianDevil Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 What about Rick the Hunter? He did some some great customs. Quote
kidkorrupt Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 hey thanks for the props....the site is getting so outdated and old now, ahhhhhh.... rth is AFK and gone with him is the macrossfanworks site. that site had a plethora of cool customs. any of you old timers remember jerry's 25th anniversary 1/60? the 1/60 elint conversion with a hasegawa kit? DOM's site is gone. wonder if he's still around. some 1/60 stuff: obscure site with perfect leg transformation: http://realsaru.hp.infoseek.co.jp/vf1.htm Quote
mslz22 Posted September 10, 2003 Posted September 10, 2003 It's not a website but you can checkout some of my stuff in my yahoo folder http://photos.yahoo.com/salzo22000 Quote
yellowlightman Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 hey thanks for the props....the site is getting so outdated and old now, ahhhhhh.... Any chance you're gonna update the site, or are you stuck focusing all your time on that 1/1 scale Mazda custom? Quote
Skull-1 Posted September 11, 2003 Posted September 11, 2003 (edited) I have some customs on my website: http://jaddams.csw.uic.edu/aod/images/Valk...s/ValkToys.html I will be updating this site soon now that I have a digital camera that is worth a darn. (I also have two Bandai customs coming out... Customized features I have added include paired gunpods, swiveling thighs, and tapered foot thrusters. When I get some guts I will try some of KKs more difficult mods.) Edited September 11, 2003 by Skull-1 Quote

I emailed Shawn to change the link several times but he never responded. Quote
