Once the auction ends and no body bought it you can re-list the item with the original intended item with a very high start price. As everybody knows that on eBay if you list something and it doesn't sell you can re-list it and if it sells, there is no listing fee. So it's like listing for free. Actually having it on the card makes whats cool about it even cooler and that card is in great shape. It's basically a way of getting around eBay fees, but it has the annoying effect of also drawing attention via the "cheap" price, and it could result in some poor sap hitting the BIN button before they see the shipping price.
