Technically, keyword spamming is against eBay rules, but the way he does it may be just ambiguous enough to get around enforcement.

I sold some MPC Vol3s to this guy and as soon as he received them, he threw them up online for ~ $140 or so... he asks high prices and I imagine every once in a while he does get someone to bite.
