Another panel lines question

ok, i keep forgetting this.

what do i use to do panel lines?

which is the ideal choice? enamel or arcylic?

i know some of you use tamiya. can you provide the color code?

which thinner should i use to mix with the paint? tamiya thinner? gunzy thinner? what is the ratio?

how do i wipe off the excess? do i clean them up immediately or should i wait for it to dry? using thinner again? or should be some alcohol?

I use the WMCheng method...Acrylic base coat...gloss clear coat...oil paints (in tube from paint store...not enamel) thinned with oderless thinner...let dry...clean....dull or semigloss coat.
