Akibado's shopping services...

There is this site called Akibado. I'm wondering if anyone out there has used them and if so, what kind of experiences have you had with them. There are a few items I'd like to purchase off of Gainax's website, and these guys say they will buy them for me for a fee. Since the guys at Celga do not provide this type of service, I was wondering if Akibado was reliable. Please post any comments or gripes you may have.

Don't know about it...but its definately not free, dude. They charge you handling fees.

Unfortunately, Akibado ISN'T so reliable. In my case, after two successful transactions, this deputy service has unveiled its Dark Side...

Shopping Mall Japan offers the same kind of direct purchase service,

I only recentley found out about them though so I haven't had a chance to try them yet.

Well, I guess better late than never on an answer, eh? I had decided long ago when I never got a meaningful reply to this thread not to use Akibado's services and stuck with Celga. Although, Celga will not buy things for you direct from Japanese shops like Akibado will. Maybe I'll try that other one listed above.
