I want my normal Hikaru VF-1J, screw the low vis. Yes the low vis is neat and all but it's a one trick pony people... bring on the GBP already dammit. <_<

hear hear. at this point only a GBP-J or a half off sale is going to get me to acquire a 1/48, they're just too spendy for my now cramped budget. which is not to say that a 1/48 J-type and a set of the GBP armor wouldn't be expensive, but there's no way i'd be able to pass it up.

Honestly, I'd like to see Yamato do an Angel Bird paint scheme, though if I had more confidence/experience I'd do it myself. The Angel Birds were the Valk Demo Team, right?

I don't know about a VF-1J, but I what I really want is a low vis VF-1D or VF-0D (or both :) ) but I would take a 1/48 VF-1D or VF-0D and customize them myself with the low viz paint scheme, and add pilots and stikcers from a 1/48 model of an F-14, I think that would be cool, and if I ever manage to get a VF-1A low viz, I want to customize it with stickers from an F/A-18 model, that's what i want but how often inlife do we get what we want? <_
