sidearmsalpha Posted May 27, 2004 Posted May 27, 2004 Just saw this on Figures.com if anyone is interested. Limited to 200. Too bad their con exclusives. http://www.figures.com/databases/action.cg...show_article=71 Quote
dr_vandermeer Posted May 27, 2004 Posted May 27, 2004 I wonder if they'll eventually go through everyone else too...Ben, Max, Miriya. Actually, Miriya's TV Q-Rau on the other end of a TV Max bookend set would be pretty cool. Quote
Caufield Posted May 27, 2004 Posted May 27, 2004 I'd like a set, though i wonder why do they only produce such a small number of them? Quote
Vermillion One Posted May 27, 2004 Posted May 27, 2004 I hope they distribute them evenly among the three conventions. My only shot is Wizard World in Chicago. Quote
BoBe-Patt Posted May 27, 2004 Posted May 27, 2004 hmmm.... I might pick up that super posable Hikaru strike at anime expo. Quote
Dat Pinche Haro! Posted May 27, 2004 Posted May 27, 2004 I really wish toynami made some cheap versions made of PVC or something...I can't really afford to buy something that costs 200+ bucks Quote
rocco_77 Posted May 27, 2004 Posted May 27, 2004 I really wish toynami made some cheap versions made of PVC or something...I can't really afford to buy something that costs 200+ bucks I hear you there.... Honestly, I can pretty much afford $150 for them, but I just have a hard time justifying spending that kind of money on BOOKENDS.... I mean .... COME ON... I can get a whole set of MPCs for $200 bucks... And then spend the same amount of money to hold the packages together.... pfft. Quote
vf2ss Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 Well a bit off topic about the bookends, but on that same page is a "Macross" Super posable Hikaru Strike figure. Is that Harmony Gold / Toynami's first attempt to deem one of their products as being Macross merchandise and not Robotech? Quote
Skull Leader Posted May 28, 2004 Posted May 28, 2004 It's a long and extraordinarilly annoying story..... there are several threads already laying around about it though. Quote
