buddhafabio Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 (edited) listed here are some kinda usefull items. if it werent 80$ i would want the light plug that controls you luminence with vocal commands. it even is a dimmer. but not for 80$ and more. like phaser mice for pcs garage door openers that look like communicators. i had a next generation phaser remote but it did not have the codes for my new tv Edited May 22, 2004 by buddhafabio Quote
UN Spacy Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 The voice activated dimmer switch kinda interesting.....but the rest are WAYYYYYYYYY too mass marketed. I'm still waiting for the HOLODECK, as Comic Book Guy once stated something along the lines of "an hour on the holodeck with seven of nine." Quote
Zentrandude Posted May 22, 2004 Posted May 22, 2004 the phaser mouse thing been around for years. i like the design and the laser pointer built in on the model i was looking for was cool but i wasnt big enough trekky to realy buy one. Quote
Commander McBride Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 (edited) Has anyone seen the real tricorder? I came across it a few months back. A company, inspired by the original series Tricorder, actually built a functional scientific instrument package in a housing similar in appearance and design to the Tricorder. As I recall, it's pretty cool. Edited May 23, 2004 by Commander McBride Quote
