It is true that Milius is good with untested talent. Most of Conan the Barbarian was inexperienced actors from Arnie himself to Milius' surfing buddy Gerry Lopez as Subotai.

I just wish whoever was holding the purse strings didn't feel like they needed a wrestling name to sell tickets. I'd much prefer a movie full of no-name swedes and bodybuilders.

Kevin Sorbo isn't that buff, and I couldn't tell you who Lorenzo Lamas or whatever is out of a line-up.

All they need is a big strong guy that looks like a barbarian. I mean hell, Agent One could play him if he grew his hair out. 

So you don't care the least bit who you're watching swing the Sword of Atlantis? Well that's allright for you, but I'm just a wee bit more demanding of the movies I watch. I don't expect some great master thespian to take on the role, but that doesn't mean that I'm willing to watch any old meat sack grunt at the camera for 120 minutes. And as a near-former RAW watcher, I can assure you that HHH's delivery would be cringe inducing.

As far as barbarians are concerned, they can be anybody to me. Like I said before, it could be A1 for all I care.

To tell you the truth I would seriously try out for the part... I am probably not big enough though. As much as I don't agree with casting any steriod monsters in movies, as I believe it shows the wrong things to kids, Conan needs to be really big... Funny thing though, Arnold, when he did the first Conan was not nearly his biggest. In fact in comparison to his 73 Mr. Olympia performance he didn't look good at all.

I saw that yesterday too. As a sort-of confirmation, John Milius has recently said that King Conan is a no-go at this point thanks to Warner Bros. Perhaps he only meant his King Conan wouldn't be happening.

The man has recognized that that's a part of his life that's behind him, and he's moving on into the next phase of his life. He wants bigger, more difficult challenges; he wants to truly test his depth and limits as an actor--hence, he's moved into politics.

That reminds me, whats the best way to measure body fat %?, i was told the most accurate is those electronic scale's. I'd like to get an accurate starting point
