do not disturb Posted April 29, 2004 Author Posted April 29, 2004 i have no idea how big this thing is. i'd have to sit there with a magnifying glass and count all the studs in order to know. i know the builders S/N but theres no way to contact him through brickshelf. maybe he'll make an appearance here or over at fbtb...though its a SW lego site. Godzilla Posted April 30, 2004 Posted April 30, 2004 Holy cow! Now that is an engineering feat there. Quote
Mr March Posted April 30, 2004 Posted April 30, 2004 Impressive! I'm curious if the ship requires extra non-lego parts to maintain the structure when you lift it. I don't think it would really hold together all that well, unless it was completely solid. Quote
Impreszive Posted April 30, 2004 Posted April 30, 2004 Ahh. I have high hopes for my Macross now...... Quote
JELEINEN Posted April 30, 2004 Posted April 30, 2004 it already have been post here Yeah. The guy posted some more pictures of it, so it got moved back into the "What's new in the gallery" section on Brickshelf. Hmmm... I may have to instal MLCad to see his plans for it. Quote
Graham Posted April 30, 2004 Posted April 30, 2004 That is nice. I'd also love to see a Lego SDF-1 someday. Graham Quote
Shmitty Posted May 1, 2004 Posted May 1, 2004 (edited) Damn, that's pretty big. I looked around that site some more and found a transforming VF-17, and except for the fact that it kinda looks like a bumble bee in fighter mode, I think it looks pretty good. Here's the full page: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=24092 *EDIT* sorry if it's OT... Edited May 1, 2004 by Shmitty Quote

Wumzi Posted May 2, 2004 Posted May 2, 2004 (edited) Yeah, I saw that too, and I found the instructions in MLCAD for it once, but now I don't remember where. Anyway, if you want them PM me. Would those be the files for the yamato or the VF-17? Edited May 2, 2004 by Wumzi Quote
Shmitty Posted May 2, 2004 Posted May 2, 2004 (edited) They're not for the Yamato or the VF-17, they're for a lego model of an Ingram AV-98 from Patlabor. Edited May 2, 2004 by Shmitty Quote
