Lynx7725 Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 <shudder> Either that or a work of insanity. What next, a 1/12 Death Star? Quote
bsu legato Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 Ok, my dad officially sucks because he never built one of those for ME! Quote
Mechamaniac Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 I'm not a star wars fan but that thing just kicks total ASS!!!! Quote
Solscud007 Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 its nice exactly what I would imagine hasbro would make. But remember the Rebel Blockade runner that was to scale? it was as big as a trailer for a semi. Quote
UN Spacy Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 I always thought they should have released a Star Destroyer playset back in the days (of the original trilogy). Even Vader has his own LAZ-E-BOY recliner. Very cool. Quote
do not disturb Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 this thing is totally awesome!!! i love SW though it would've been a lot cooler if it was made out of lego. but i still want one. Quote
bsu legato Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 I always thought they should have released a Star Destroyer playset back in the days (of the original trilogy). They actually did. Sort of. Quote
NERV Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 its nice exactly what I would imagine hasbro would make. But remember the Rebel Blockade runner that was to scale? it was as big as a trailer for a semi. they never said it was to scale with the figures, its just for them, the millennium falcon toy that was made wasnt to scale with the figures, the cockpit only fit 1 person Quote
Knight26 Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 There was 1:18 scale blockade runner built, now that I want to see pics of. Quote
Jung Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 that thing looks really nice for such a large scratchbuild. It's like a dollhouse for boys...haha Quote
renegadeleader1 Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 can some one post a pic? For some reason I'm banned from going to E-bay. Quote

renegadeleader1 Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 its nice but it would be cool if they made one action fleet scale with working hangar. Quote
Zentrandude Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 pretty nice of him to make it free shipping within the UK. wonder how much would it cost to send it to the US. Quote
Agent ONE Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 Eh, cool for a kids playset kind of thing, but I think its kind of a waste for those of us who care about accurate scale. Quote

It was something like 30' long and was to scale with the 3 3/4" action figures. It was featured at Celebration 2, IIRC. Quote
Mechamaniac Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 You mean this?... http://www.pegwarmer.com/tantive/ Quote

Mechamaniac Posted April 22, 2004 Posted April 22, 2004 He needs to get together with homeboy in the UK, and start making cutaways, and internal decks for that thing and it will really kick ass. Quote
