REMINATOR Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 I have never seen anything like this, other than the Transformers Jetfire. Does anyone know the origin of this toy? Is it a VF-1S Knock off? Official? Image attached: just incase the image doesn't work: Link Quote
Nightbat Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 Hmmm,... I believe I saw this pic float around the boards a few months ago definatly a Knock-off they sure used cheap plasics Quote
ewilen Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 Not official. Reviewed here (MW forum archives). Quote
kanata67 Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 I've seen it. Normally $20 BIN on ebay when it comes up. It's always the same guy selling them out of New York so I'm sure they are cheaper somewhere else. I'd spend $10 + shipping for one just out of stupidity LOL. Quote
REMINATOR Posted September 3, 2003 Author Posted September 3, 2003 Thanks guys for the comment and the review link! Quote
Opus Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 I think you can get them at walmart for under $10. Quote
sbarrett4 Posted September 3, 2003 Posted September 3, 2003 I think you can get them at walmart for under $10. I have seen other Galaxy Defender products at Walmart, but no valks. I am hoping they show up, though. Its not a bad bootleg, really. Quote

MicronianDevil Posted September 4, 2003 Posted September 4, 2003 UGH!!! Ugly metallic colors!!! I would get one...if it was sold for $5. Quote
bigrich68 Posted September 4, 2003 Posted September 4, 2003 Checked My Wal Mart but no valks, they did have a loy of other galexy warrior toys though. Maybe someone snagged them all. Was wondering if they come in there on case when shipped or are they cased with other galexy warrior mechs. Seen a space shuttle and some other plane gallexy warrior toy and are boxed in the same size box and the the art work looks very similar. Going to keep an I out for a while and maybe take a few other trips to some other local wal marts. Quote
yellowlightman Posted September 4, 2003 Posted September 4, 2003 The interesting this about this bootleg is that it's the most "original" I've seen yet. They added lots of weird things (not necessarily for the better...) to the design and appearence. Too bad it's incredibly ugly. Quote
