Chuey Posted March 29, 2004 Posted March 29, 2004 Wow, you did a beautiful job. If you already mentioned it I aplogize, how long did it take you to make this? Quote
mslz22 Posted March 29, 2004 Author Posted March 29, 2004 It took me 80 hours and then some, I would guess that it weight over 5lbs, likely close to 6 or 7 lbs...... Quote

ChristopherB Posted March 30, 2004 Posted March 30, 2004 Mike, I'm sorry for not posting yet, but work has been crazy, and we did not talk until pretty late last night. Anyway, the GP04G looks so good that I cannot find the words to express how happy I am! Wow, absolutely beautiful. A lot of work, on what I think is one of the best Gundam resin kits ever made. I'm glad that I can call you a "friend," and I'm glad that my friend is as talented as you are. I can't wait to get it in the mail and display it. It will be the center piece of my collection. Thank you very much! Sincerely, Christopher Quote
Isamu Atreides 86 Posted March 30, 2004 Posted March 30, 2004 that thing is so kick ass. awesome job, man. Quote
ChristopherB Posted April 1, 2004 Posted April 1, 2004 Hello, The G-System RX-78-2 will be the next project. It's already been mailed to Mike, and he should have it. I'm hoping that he'll do a detailed build-up for us, but that also means I'll have to wait longer to receive it. Might be worth it though. Sincerely, Christopher Quote
Prada0007 Posted August 29, 2004 Posted August 29, 2004 That is awsome. I can't believe you finished it. This the first and only finished 1/48 unit 4 I've ever seen. Quote
Keith Posted August 29, 2004 Posted August 29, 2004 It's seeing things like this that make me wish for a not too far off future when such things could be remote controlled & fully articulated for mini robot battles..... Kinda like those Rick Dom's that had out a couple years ago that could shoot pellets & slide across the floor. Quote
GRAND CANNON Posted August 29, 2004 Posted August 29, 2004 It's...it's....beautiful......(sniff-sniff).....so beautiful... Amazing job!!! Quote
McKlown Posted August 29, 2004 Posted August 29, 2004 Damn, where can I get my hands on one of those kits? I feel in love with that MS after I unlocked it in Encounters in Space. Quote

Are they the same scale as the Rick Dom's? Quote
ChristopherB Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 No, the R/C Guntanks are definitely smaller. I'm not sure of the exact scale without going to HLJ, but the info. is there. Yes, I would love to see R/C articulated robots before I die. Quote
bsu legato Posted August 31, 2004 Posted August 31, 2004 Is that metallic blue on the GP-04? That's a nice touch that I'll have to remember. Quote
