jasonkimberson Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 This topic relates to : http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...pic=5363&st=440 I was surfing Toynami's website and found this: http://www.toynami.com/macross.html Seems like they are getting the official go ahead from the powers that may be... (I tried to search for this topic, but nothing came up )
bandit29 Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 Uh nothing's explained there. Plus that gibberish is just a place holder until they are done with the section.
jasonkimberson Posted March 22, 2004 Author Posted March 22, 2004 But they have the license...or else they wouldn't put it on their site... its even on the cover page: http://www.toynami.com/
bandit29 Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 (edited) They already had a Macross license. They released "Macross" labeled super posable figures a few years ago. With special repaints of the Max and Kakikizaki VF-1As. Edited March 22, 2004 by dejr8bud

Radd Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 People tend to forget, Harmony Gold has the rights to the SDF Macross TV series. This has never been in any doubt. They long ago granted Toynami a license to that, as was stated, with the SDF Macross Superposables. This doesn't even hint at any explanation for the 'DYRL?' toys, as that is a deperate license.
scand Posted March 22, 2004 Posted March 22, 2004 AHHG! look at the picture on the cover page. It's a Hikaru VF-1S MPC. eeech!
