Dangard Ace
Finally saw it. Big freakin' plot holes everywhere but it was still a fun romp. Loved the dark humor. How many of yous stayed around for the "real" ending? Hehehe.
Southcross
Great! Another classic that I'll have to wait for the Director's Cut DVD before I watch it. I agree completely
Bloodcat
The good news? The new DOtD has twice the action of the original. The bad? Its also got half the intelligence. A fun little movie, but not all that and a bag of chips. And there are like 2 or 3 editions of the original on DVD, with an uber version coming up this fall. UN Spacy
And there are like 2 or 3 editions of the original on DVD, with an uber version coming up this fall. Huh? You mean there's different versions of the Dawn of the Dead DVD that was just released? What uber version are you talking about? Some kind of DVD boxset that has Romero's entire Dead Trilogy? Bloodcat
There was an original DVD specialish edition, the recent Divimax edition with only a commentary track seen at Wal Mart for 15 bucks, and another edition coming up this fall thats gonna be like 3 disks or something. Should go nicely with the Dawn of the Dead Special Edition Divimax released about 4-6 months ago.. Because Bub kicks ass....
nemesis120
I just finished it, I thought it was ok, but nothing good (and not as good as the original). The ending was good though. Although there definitely were a ton of plot holes.
