hirohawa Posted March 5, 2004 Posted March 5, 2004 I would definately be into these if Yamato made them. Quote
fifbeat Posted March 5, 2004 Author Posted March 5, 2004 warrhead, damn dude, your Orgroid is as clean as a whistle... I want one bad. Quote
warrhead Posted March 5, 2004 Posted March 5, 2004 Yeah, I lucked out... got it in a trade with Glane21. It's not even my nice one, which sits in it's c-10 box... I don't see what the big deal is with buying these on eBay... my MIB one only cost like $150 (a LOT for a toy, but cheap considering what 1/55 Elints and Super O's were going for at one point, hell, that's less than I spen on my 1/48 Fokker w/ Fastpacks Quote
warrhead Posted March 6, 2004 Posted March 6, 2004 ...and speaking of which, here's an auction for one!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...&category=16467 Quote
fifbeat Posted March 6, 2004 Author Posted March 6, 2004 Wow. That one totally looks like it's factory new. Even the stickers haven't been applies. Too bad the thing will be like $500 by the end of the week. I hate ebay. Quote
Pat S Posted March 6, 2004 Posted March 6, 2004 Shouldn't reach anywhere near $500. I just picked up the much rarer 1/40 Nikick Mass Production, and Olson Special for about $200 and $300, and the regular Orgroid normally sells in the $150 to $175 range. Quote
fifbeat Posted March 6, 2004 Author Posted March 6, 2004 Even one in that condition? Hmmm.... we'll see. Quote
vfxraven19 Posted March 6, 2004 Posted March 6, 2004 I still have my 1/40 Orguss Orgroid... I bought it $75 long ago when I was younger at a comic book store that is gone now... Complete box w/ everything, but now I dont have the gunpod or the box anymore. Quote
SpaceCowboy Posted March 7, 2004 Posted March 7, 2004 Have you guys bothered looking for an orguss variable model kit? I picked one up for about $20 six months back or so. It supposedly transforms into all four modes. I haven't gotten around to putting it together yet, but I'll let you know how it turns out. SpaceCowboy Quote
Pat S Posted March 13, 2004 Posted March 13, 2004 Even one in that condition? Hmmm.... we'll see. Told ya http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=3180010246 Quote
Vermillion One Posted March 13, 2004 Posted March 13, 2004 (edited) I knew I should have bid on that one, I have been looking for an Ogroid with the amber canopy for a while now. Nice auction. To stay on topic, I would definitely consider a Yamato Orgriod, provided it had a reasonable amount of diecast, similar to the original. But given the unique design I would probably be suckered into at least picking up the first version out of curiosity. Edited March 13, 2004 by Vermillion One Quote
