Dante74 Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 I try to keep myself well stocked on beverages so that I don't have to run/stumble to the bar before last call. I mostly stumble when I'm on my way home.
miriya Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 Luckily I made it to the bar at midnight and had a guiness and bushmills to celebrate the very first minutes of Saint Patrick's Day. Great nightcap!
misterryno Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 WA, Those are some TOTALLY AWESOME poses mate!!! Keep em coming. I especially like the pic with the Guinness...I am wering my Guinness shirt right now to help celebrate my Irish holiday. I will be celebrating more tonight with my 12 year old bottle of Jameson Whiskey YUMMMMMMY!!!!
sidearmsalpha Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 This is a Yamato "Stealth" with some waterslide decals (VX-9 "Vampires") by SuperScale International and a recast -1S battroid head. Instead of having the bat and bunny on either side of the v-stabs, I chose to put the bunny decals on the fast pack. That is one cool custom! Stupid question time: What's a v-stab?
Wicked Ace Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 The wings on the back that go up. Too much typing, not enough pic posting. Here's a custom display stand I think suits this drunk Focker well:
Wicked Ace Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 I like my display, but it is flawed -- I can't figure out how to drink the beer while Roy holds his pose.
Beware of Blast Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Doesn't matter so long as you pose responsibly.
Wicked Ace Posted March 19, 2008 Author Posted March 19, 2008 Doesn't matter so long as you pose responsibly. Lucky for me, posing under the influence isn't a crime in my jurisdiction.
Beware of Blast Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Here's an idea for drinking & posing. Kids are recommended to try under adult supervision.

miriya Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 WickedAce, I have to say that the poses on top of the pint glass are AWESOME!!!! What a fantastic display. And it gives you an excuse to refill the glass "for authentic look" at least once every 20 minutes or so. Good for everyone really!
Valkyrie23 Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Awesome Roy pics. That should be an advertisemnt for a beer brand!
UN Spacy Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Love the pics Wicked Ace! I could sure use a drink later today....
miriya Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Love the pics Wicked Ace! I could sure use a drink later today.... I know. Those pics are making me thirsty!
misterryno Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 I know. Those pics are making me thirsty! Same here....but after St. Patty Day....Well....I was REALLY hung over yesterday....gotta save up my strength for drinking Sat. night for my B-Day.
Wicked Ace Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 As much as I like "Macross: Do You Remember Love?," I can't help but be disappointed at some of the scenes that got edited out. For example, I am sure this happened: after busting his way into the Zentraedi ship, thirsty Focker realizes his buzz is fading; however, he stays focused on his mission and makes a fantastic discovery. . .
Wicked Ace Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 . . . the fearless Focker gets out to investigate.
Wicked Ace Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 Of course, thirsty Focker isn't afraid to take an even closer look.
misterryno Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Wicked Ace, I LOVE those pics!!! THANKS for the entertainment!!!
Wicked Ace Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 Is the pic Beware of Blast posted from the last MW Con?
miriya Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 wickedace, where did you get that standing roy fig?
Wicked Ace Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 (edited) wickedace, where did you get that standing roy fig? I don't remember -- I am going to have to go back through my old Private Messages for that. I knew someone would ask this. I do believe that the member I got the standing 1/48 scale figure along with 1/48 scale pilots isn't making them anymore, much to my disappointment. edit: I searched through my PMs but couldn't find who I got the 1/48 scale DYRL pilot from. However, I can inform you that member Valk009 has made some brass DYRL pilots, but I am not sure if these are available as a standing pilot. Also, EXO was working on some 1/48 scale pilots, but I don't know if these ever came to be. Edited March 20, 2008 by Wicked Ace
Wicked Ace Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 Awesome Roy pics. That should be an advertisemnt for a beer brand! I'll give it a try. Preferred by all kinds of drunk Fockers.
