lt.actionjackson Posted December 4, 2004 Posted December 4, 2004 Just a couple of pics I snapped of today while re-arranging: 1
connor99 Posted December 5, 2004 Posted December 5, 2004 RichterX Posted on Dec 4 2004, 03:19 PM That one of Roy and the SDF is great I agree!! But LT., you really should've put the decals on the 1S !
lt.actionjackson Posted December 5, 2004 Posted December 5, 2004 agree!! But LT., you really should've put the decals on the 1S I'd really like to take the time and put decals on, but as soon as I start playing around with my valks, my two year old demands to play with them too! So, I just put them back on the shelf safely out of his reach.
roborob23 Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 wwwwoooooo what the hell is that...........
Bub Posted December 12, 2004 Posted December 12, 2004 Nice pix roborob23, I thought this favorite thread of mine was already resting.
Wicked Ace Posted December 12, 2004 Author Posted December 12, 2004 Nice pix roborob23, I thought this favorite thread of mine was already resting. Damn! 24 pages worth! The pics rock, though.
shiyao Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 It galls me greatly whenever I see pics of other people's *HUGE* but otherwise poorly posed collections. Some of these collections are squashed into tiny shelves, so I guess they have no choice - but I think investment in more space might be worthwhile. A toy is only as good as how it is posed. Here's one of my VF-1D (I really hate the heatshield).
shiyao Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Sadly, this is the only way I know how pose my YF-19:
Yohsho Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Sadly, this is the only way I know how pose my YF-19: LOL!
Dat Pinche Haro! Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 dude...please tell me that carebear ain't yours...or if it is, lie your butt off about it...say it's your sisters or your girlfriends
Die, Alien Scum! Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Here's a few views of my favorite. This one's a bit blurry.
peter Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 I'm glad to see this thread brought back to life. I think one of these days, I'll bring my valk to work and take pictures of it in a real airplane hangar..
shiyao Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 (edited) actually, there might just be a way to pose the YF-19/VF-19a *without* a carebear. i know it's not much, but it's probably the best i can do without modding the hip/upper leg joints. (yeah this is a screwed up display. banprestos are placeholders for an incoming VF-11B FP ...) Edited March 1, 2005 by shiyao
jenius Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 Is that a stickered up Green MPC?? Could you post pics of that in the MPC thread? Graham was askin' for 'em. I like what you did with the 19A there. Love this thread... just wished I had some space for my stuff. My pics make people claustrophobic
shiyao Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 (edited) while we're on the topic of "difficult-to-pose" toys ... (a topic, granted, started by me), here's Windcharger in a (at least to my eyes - most of the pics i've seen of him involve a squarish blob on two toothpicks) decent pose: (sorry this will be the first and last non-valk pic from me in this thread) Edited March 1, 2005 by shiyao
promethuem5 Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 (edited) Who says you cant pose the stock YF-19? Edited March 1, 2005 by promethuem5
Fugly Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 Hey, sorry for being OT but how is that Windcharger Alt, by the way?
promethuem5 Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 (edited) No! Blah! You cna't go OT, you;re supposed to talk about my YF-19 guru posing talents! It's been a looong snow day in the house..... Edit: Windy sure looks nice, but the windcharger/Sideswipe hip/pelvis assembly annoys me because it blocks too much of the hip posability so you cant put the legs very far forewards. AlphaHX Posted March 1, 2005 Posted March 1, 2005 No! Blah! You cna't go OT, you;re supposed to talk about my YF-19 guru posing talents! Hahah, mad skills! Then again, I must say, the posability of the YF-19 is pretty darn minimalistic...
