check out HLJ the final version of saint seiya's cloth for the myth cloth series is out.. wonder what will the form be ??

I guess it's look like the one seiya wear in last movie... overture... i read somewhere on the net, it was called god cloth.

The golds saints are greats... there are only 4 out (leo, aquarius, virgo and sagittarius). Each gold saint is about 17cm tall (about 6.69 inches). But rhadamanthis'll be taller i think ;)

In december we'll have the capricorn , in january rhadamanthis, in february libra, and march pegasus bronze final version.

According to the manga it looks like this:

Pegasus5.JPG

anyway you can compare the Myth clothes with the old figures (back in 88)

First: leo

Final cloth huh... maybe could it be the god cloth??? the final cloth that seiya wore during his fight with hades??/

It's the final BRONZE version ... not the final version. so it can't be the kamui (god cloth).

just to make certain are the armor peice's die cast metal on the new ones? i heard some of them are.

thanks

chris

The parts are metal and plastic. for exemple: leo, the legs and arm parts are metal, the shoulders are plastic, the torso is metal, the chest is plastic, the belt is plastic and metal .....

One of the French SS site stated that for april release will be the Deathmask CANCER .... :D

Hmmm.... can't wait for that :D

Take it with a grain of salt. Until we hear official word from Japan, see pictures, or some other proof, I'll believe it when I see it.

Besides in the forums at whitezeta where they've been talking about it too, a number of those guys are suspicious without any proof.

Hell, just before the "news" of deathmask and aphrodite being slated for release, someone had announced that it was going to be Papillon. :p

Hopefully Bandai will release all the gold saints, BUT, if they're smart they'll release the less popular ones now and save up the really popular ones for the end... Meaning we probably won't see Mu and Saga/Kannon till the end of the Gold Saint line.

OMG! those look freakin awesome. can't wait to get my hands on them. well, except for the seiya...stupid seiya...they should finish off the gold saints first and worry about any "new" seiya designs later.

Yeah.. i was thinking like that too .... I was hoping that bandai make a complete run of gold cloth before they design any other ...... well, i guess i have to wait until next year to have a complete gold cloth <_<

If they want to issue another variant of seiya .. i really hope they issue the bronze 1st cloth, the one with full helmet... :D

and for seiya (we can almost see the armor)

Hope they make the new seiya looks better cos the last one don't really look appealing to me.

Does anyone of you guys encounter problem of plastic parts discoloration when in contact with the rubber parts? eg plastic head armour to rubber hair parts with your gold saints? I heard some people got this problem after displaying thier figures for sometime

I don't have that problem so far.... my friend doesn't have it too ...

I keep my myth clothes away from direct sunlight and all sort of lighting

I don't have this problem either...

My friend only display his aqaurius for two month and he notices whichever part it's green rubber hair touches the plastic parts, it starts to melt away slowly. The parts includes the head crown and shoulder armour. Anyway do start to check your display sets to prevent further damage.

I guess if they dun make all parts diecast we may have to display them naked.....

i've just checked mine, and no melting or degradation traces on the shoulders, crown or hairs ...

like Valkryie 13 I keep them away from heat and direct sunlight.

We'll i better check mine tonight .. hope nothing happen though  such a pity for a beautiful toys if that happen....

I know with the old bandai, discoloration does happen, and even faster for those who live in tropical and humid area like me <_<

Anybody else got the same issue?

I've bought Shura used from Japan (opened once, posed, then put back and sold  ). It hasn't arrived yet, but I am eagerly awaiting it.

Unfortunately from what i've seen not only on the French Saint Seiya forums, but also from Yahoo Japan pics... Well, this should say it all. :p

got my saggittarius done in object mode looks awesome and also never knew that leo can stand up like this :)

That Leo Object looks badass in that pose! :D

I can't wait for Christmas! I have a Leo Aioria waiting nicely wrapped under the tree waiting to be freed from his cardboard prison. And I have Capricorn Shura coming in the mail soon (if Chronopost pulls another Q-rau, I will get medieval on their collective asses with something nasty and sharp and rough).

Note: If you are ever in France around Christmas time, don't go to the supermarket when they're open on sunday because of the holidays coming up, everyone acts like bigger a-holes than normally. <_<

For those of you in Paris or the Paris area, there's still a supply of Saint Cloth Myth at BHV. But they're for €50 and its just Seiya, Shiryu, and Ikki. Le Samaritaine had some for €45 but they were getting low on stock.

Any concrete news on what is going to be released here in France in January? I've heard various rumors but nothing concrete... :(

I just got Capricorn Shura from the post office today :D (Chronopost is as bad as ever, now their delivery people can't even read. They said that I don't exist at this address, even though they had the door codes to the building and directions to which apartment I live in :angry::angry: ).

As for Shura, I haven't owned any other gold saints before, but WOW!!! The armor is so shiny, heavy, and metally! The way the armor goes on is really great. :) The color between the gloved hands and the armor is a bit of, but not enough for me to throw a piss fit about.

It took me a little while to figure out how to put on the shoulder armor, but eventually figured it out.

The cape isn't that great, but considering the price for these and all, it's alirght.

Of course the big problem with Shura is the eyes... <_<

For all the great stuff they did, the eyes suck hard, as you can see a few posts up. I didn't photoshop it, it's just that the QC person or someone at Bandai suddenly got really retarded or something. :(

All in all though, I love it! :D:D:D

The final Bronze Seiya looks really good in that picture from a distance. Man, but I don't want to buy the bronze saints all over again....

Got my Shura finally. Yup, the retarded eyes are there. <_< But don't seem to be as bad as the pic suggested a few post above. But the rest of this toy is AWESOME! The leg armor fitment of this release is the best yet. Unlike the other release that get loose and falls down occasionally, this one fits tight and perfect. Really nice, big, heavy shoulder armors too! Shura has a lot of diecast, as only the belt & helmet is plastic. And his overall look & proportion looks really great! Look best with the mask, but helmet still look great and not oversize-looking like Shaka's. Other than the slightly retarded eyes, and the rotatable horns(nothing glue can't fix), everything is top notch, and no other QC issues found in this one! Shura is definitely among the top best Gold Myth releases so far, ranking on par with Sagitaurius & Leo, which all poses really well.

Go get one if you have not already! ;)

EXCALIBAAAAAAR!!!
