Mervin
Having drooled on some of MWers JM customs I had to make my own. It's not done yet, I still need to add a few more details and paint it. And cast it for my other JMs. I used the pilot from my SD Ostrich, it was too big so I had to trim it down lots. Recasted booster, made out of plastic sheets, tubes, gundam, zoids and macross parts. I filled up the hollow part of the gunpod with putty. I will be attaching the shortened one under the fuselage. Last one, still a lot of work ... Neova
That looks REALLY good. You should re-cast that and sell some to JM fans. Great job!

Solscud007
Hey Im glad my Strike has inspired you. Great job on the detail. Now Recast time!!! haha. If you can I would like to recast your pilot. As the Tanmen one I gave for the Rohbby recast is complete. And is up to the owner to custom fit it. But mroe importantly I want a recast of your engine detail. I like that a lot. haha Edited February 20, 2004 by Solscud007
EXO
looks awesome. but you need one of Rohby's clear canopy!

Hey Mervin what did you use on the strike cannons...to make them fit better ?? looks like you inverted some type of cone??? From the barrels to the cannnonbody? these are Rohby's recast right? does the strike "open " ?is that what the tape is holding?? NYs Edited February 21, 2004 by orguss01
Mervin
Thanks everyone. Solscud, I have to make recasts first before I can give out copies. Orguss, the strike cannons are 1/100 Strike Valk cannons. I cut out the barrels to make them shorter. They're not Rohby recasts. But, I think this is what he used for his recasts. Like on the left booster, the one with the mounted strike cannon also opens up to show the internal engine.
Solscud007
Hey Mervin what did you use on the strike cannons...to make them fit better ??looks like you inverted some type of cone??? From the barrels to the cannnonbody? Yeah thats what I used. On the original model cannon there are tubes that flange out to cones then connect to the sensor. I cut the whole thing off. Mervin kept the cones. Thats why the Rohby recast has no cones. Its based off my cannon.

orguss01
hey nick..what's the update on the JM stickers???thanks, d Low on funds. It costs 400 for a minimum order of 100 stickers I was wondering the same.....been wating for decals to make my "stealth" strike/JM ... .How about taking Pre orders..??to cover the initial cost.... @ about $15 for one sheet we need 27 people to buy a sheet ...... or 20 people @ $20....darn it ....but then you are left with extra sheets....how is this gonna work..???multiple sheets for one price.. even at a crazy $50 a sheet you will have (100-= 82 sheets to yourself... maybe preorders can get multilple sheets for the investment and you can still make a small profit for your time and effort....... keep us updated i am sure you have enough intrst to forward on.....
