Add proxy fees and shipping to your country.....so maybe 50-60 USD

Then deduct about 30% for the damage.......if the damage impedes transformation in any way, it will have a bigger impact on the ultimate price you can get.....essentially the more obvious the damage the lower you need to set your asking price....more so if it keeps it from transforming or maintaining poses, etc...

I see this one on Mandarake sold for about 350 USD before shipping, and I saw one sold for around that on Ebay.

Of course, in the end, getting a true market value is just the start, it ultimately is all about how much you are willing to sell your item for and how much your buyer is willing to spend for it.....but finding the current market value will at least establish your initial "asking" prices as fair

LOL...yeah...this whole "Market Watch" thing started with the Great Yamato Apocalypse of 2013.....the market got insane fast once the word got out that we may not get Macross VF's again for another few decades!

I bought the complete ADV/Harmony Gold DVD release of SDF Macross with the volume 1 box in 2008 (oh gosh, was it?), and it's been sitting on a shelf ever since. I've long upgraded to the superior blu-ray version, and doubt i'll ever watch any DVD ever again. I get the impression that these box sets are worth a few hundred bucks, and would be interesting in selling mine to fund a cel worth framing instead. Sadly, none of the ADV boxes are on ebay right now, so I can't get a sense of what mine is worth. Does anyone have any experience here? Thanks!

If the box is nice and the VF isn't a loose mess AND there's no yellowing... I would say $250-$300 tops. eBay is where you go to get robbed, for such things. Look on Mandrake.

Pretty sure one sold on this very board within the last 2-3 weeks. The member had touched up the intakes as they had yellowed, but it looked to be in great shape. Think it sold for around 200 usd.

Ok. Thanks for the feedback. I’ve actually found some great deals for valks on eBay. Just have to know what the going price is. For the 1/60 VF-22S Gamlin I just don’t have a clue because I hardly ever see them for sale. And I haven’t seen any since I actually started wanting one. Mandarake is great and it’s my go-to but they don’t have any either. Or from-Japan. Or ami-ami. Cheers.

An alternative would be to check Mandarake past sales, but those usually run lower due to the way they buy/sell their items...they are less auction-like and more like a pawn shop

What would be a fair price for a BNIB imai boxing of the 1/144 Queadluun-Rau kit? It's still in the wrappers, has the pamphlets and even the glue! Box has some wear but intact.
