N/S Takatoku Toys VF-1S Model

Aside from the 1/320 4-Type model kits, did Takatoku release other kits besides this?

That looks like a copy of the Nichimo 1/200 VF-1J Gerwalk kit, nice.

I think I'd ignore the Takatoku Toys logo on the bottom of the bootleg Macross kit with Bandai 1/72 box art and 1/55 inspired sunset picture with the 3 type change text  and vf-1s super label

Thanks for clarifying it as a bootleg. Just wasn’t sure.

But as you can see here, quite a few varieties were released.

I just found it strange that it was labeled Takatoku.

I wish I knew where to find those!

They took the Nichimo kits as the base and adjusted them so they don't need the center screw that holds them together
