That's a common break point on that kit, and unfortunately there aren't any simple fixes. You can drill out the detail and insert plaplate shaped to match, or sand away the fin altogether. (IIRC it's molded a bit bigger than it "should be" so that it can double as a peg.) If you intend to display it in Battroid mode, you can replace that structural fin altogether with something like a brass rod to pin the two sections together.

I think some folks have also had success replacing that tab with a pair of magnets in the hips and underside of the nose, but I haven't tried it myself, and they might need to go on the inside of the structure, which might be difficult if the kit is completely finished.

You can make a replacement yourself using Permatex Plastic Welder:

Just mix a little, apply some where you need it, let it harden and sand/ file to shape. It's a two-part epoxy-like material (despite the name), but far less brittle than epoxy and much more versatile.

$8.500!!🤯

Oh, 6 installments of $1,400, that sounds better.:good:

(yeah, looks like they messed up the decimals, but funny regardless!)

I’d be really mad if it didn’t work at that price
