1/72 VF-1 Bushmaster Build Up

Hi All,
 

I'm working on the Model Graphix decal sheet variant along with the flight deck kit. Here’s some progress shots:

The resin panels of the deck need to be squared up. I compressed the oleo on the front gear. Added brass barrels to the GU-11. Mounted pylons for a bomb payload.

Thanks Bolt! If anyone has any ideas on the paint scheme, please let me know! I only have the profile to work from.

I'm not sure which Model Graphix  variant your referring to, off the top of my head. But here are just a few of my favorite paint scheme from other modelers works. 

There's many more inspirational works..

I’m doing the Bushmasters Squadron from the MG decal sheet (there’s only a profile view - the green one). These are very cool tho!

Just a quick update. This is on hold until my s-gundam booster is finished (which will be shortly). I did manage to paint the ordnance and canopy frame.

Ah Brett, I did finish the S and now I’m finishing the Type 89 and then back to the bushmaster!
