Yeah she is.. this wasn't my first choice, as I originally wanted the other sculpt where she's sitting on a high stool. But luck would have it she was out of stock then, so I got this instead and quite glad I did after opening. Prize figures have come quite a way now..  Edited May 27 by MKT Quote

MKT Posted May 27 Posted May 27 Yamato Ghost in the Shell Motoko Kusanagi & Batou. It’s fun to acquire old figures, sometimes they have their charm & if they are considered outdated it means they can be picked up quite cheaply. This pair is from back when Yamato also made figures. Quote

Great looking set with Motoko and Batou. The Hiya Toys Motoko figure that is coming is nicely done.  Quote

I’m on the fence. I thought Yamato’s above would suffice of her in that outfit, but on having it I’m reluctant to break her out of packaging seeing that it has been preserved (although discolored) for long lol. Quote

Not initially. All of my purchases for the rest of the year will be centered around buying Hot Toys. While I don't actually have a Motoko figure, I am still looking for a good one when the time comes. Quote

MKT Posted June 1 Posted June 1 (edited) Amiami 1/8 Strike Witches Francesca Lucchini Another random buy, again of whom I have no idea. But it’s cheap for a scaled figure, and I’m curious to see the quality of an Amiami produced figure. Edited June 2 by MKT Quote

MacrossMania Posted June 6 Posted June 6 Fresh back from AFA. A collection of Takatoku/Macross/Mospeada/Orguss that goes back more then ten years. Two of these are direct from Japan. The Orguss received an 85, the others 80s. Some of the finest specimens I have ever seen of these and deeply proud to own. Along with some of the other Takatoku/Bandai pieces that have to be graded, these will occupy a separate shelf when/if I have the space. For now, I will just admire them. So beautiful.
