Not sure what it’s from, but it looks like some kinda speargun. Maybe it’s for some type of underwater dude

These were first issued with many of the sets from the City Diver sub theme. I miss those sets badly. I had the stingray cove submarine and shark attack mini sub.

Given the age of the house, and where I dug it up I expected it to be much older than late 90’s Lego.  🤷‍♂️
