I think a lot of the classic LucasArts adventure games would make for great animated productions.

I mean Monkey Island would be such a fun watch if done right in regards to story and humor.

Hmm... pass.

Tomb Raider lost a lot of its charm and sense of fun when the games made the move from being an Indiana Jones by way of James Bond pulpy sort of action-adventure series to a more grounded survival-focused series.  New Lara's too much of a generic action hero to get me interested.

I only caught one episode of this but it was pretty awful, very surprised a second season is happening, but clearly it got enough views to warrant a second season so there you go.

Or, they were contractually obligated to produce a minimum of two seasons, just like Velma.  Note that that particular abomination was unceremoniously canceled after the 2nd season was done.
