Just saw this on the Face. Round2 is releasing some Star Trek kits and a new one!

First up, Kronos One from Unconsidered Country. Their 1/350 has been modified to model that ship, and comes with PE.

Then there's the Cerritos in 1/1400 from Lower Decks.

STD Enterprise is getting a face lift as the SNW Enterprise, with new saucer details and windows around the rim in 1/650-- sorry 1/1000!😁

And for those of us who were hunting for an Enterprise-D, they are re-popping the kit again as well as the full aztec decal sheet, and it is being molded in clear!*

* clear could mean frosted plastic, the same as the Voyager kit.

Now I know I will be getting an SNW Enterprise and that Ent-D decal sheet will come in real handy!

@pengbuzz I know, right?! At least getting them won't be the arm and a leg they've been, and certainly better late then never. Time to start saving!😁

That might be the same dream as a 1/1000 Ent-D.

PM sent and appreciated. And I have news we got toady concerning that bro! :)

As for Kronos-1: couldn't that simply be an add-on kit for the K'tinga?

On that note: since the KBoP is now 1/350 scale, would they ever make one in 1/537 scale? I wonder how big that would be compared to the Enterprise?

Admittedly; not a fan of clear styrene kits. Too brittle and fragile for my style of building.

I wish they'd do what they did with the 1/1000 Voyager kit: release both a non-clear and a clear version simultaneously.

With so many people lighting their star trek kits these days, doing a clear version makes sense. But it would be great to have a non-clear alternative.

I don't even want transparent.  Just make them transluscent.  I'm sure we all know one or two manufacturers who just love making plastic you can see light through.  Just use that.

And just think.. if you molded the glowy parts in color, we wouldn't even have to deal so much with diffusion either. :p

Even though the box states 'clear' the Voyager kit is molded in frosted plastic, so I think it can be assumed the Enterprise D may be the same. I'd be surprised if it was done in clear plastic.

Finally!!! I've been waiting for the updates to the Disco Enterprise to turn it into the SNW Enterprise - however the saucer edge windows still aren't correct - I guess they simplified them?!  I assume they would be molded in clear for their lighting kit with bussard collector motors?
