From personal experience, they aren't malicious, just sometimes they lose track of things. So my gut tells me you'll get a response and everythingwill be resolved for you. If history holds true.

I got a refund from PayPal (original order placed on wiseguyshobbies.com website on 25 January 2025, refund received via PayPal dispute 24 April 2025 after numerous inquiries to wiseguyshobbies).  I'm very dissappointed.  I recommend not ordering from the wiseguyshobbies.com website.

I'm sorry to hear that Scopedog: I ran into a similar issue with TF Kingdom and had to get a refund. Later saw no activity on the site, and later yet, it vanished. I wonder if something happened to whoever is running wiseguy hobbies?
