Yup. That's Ernie Reyes Jr. playing Keno, the pizza delivery kid. He did stunt double for Donatello in the first Turtles movie.

Did we ever learn whether their Toho license was restricted by contract to just Godzilla, or that was NECAs choice? I know they expanded with the Legendary MV, but it still bugs me we didn't even get a Anguirus to go with a classic.

Don't think there was. Probably a deal set up before the film tanked. Maybe they think they will still get some sales of Herman & co despite the new actors.

I liked the idea of it, but once I saw the preview, I lost interest and then the reviews killed it for me. I still haven’t watched it even though it’s free
