It might not have the Progenitor Effect label but I definitely from the same line as there previous Noble Class releases. Quote

Nice collection! As for your question, Progenitor Effect is MoShow Toys IP. I've seen some animated cut scenes on BiliBili site but it's just for promotion use only whether for the comics or the toys. https://www.moshowtoys.com/originalip You can check out the online comic at https://manga.bilibili.com/detail/mc29754. It's not in English but you can probably use some Translation App thru your phone. Quote
