Gerli Posted February 4, 2023 Posted February 4, 2023 You can monetize the videos you make and earn $ by the number of viewers your channel has... the problem is HG and BigWest don't like that and copyright strikes can cripple your earnings. Maybe he post those videos in the Chinese version of Youtube (Bilibi) and that's not a problem there, but with Youtube surely he can't profit with Macross/Robotech content... it's just a very restricted IP. That aside, Iron Castle is a nice channel and his content, while not aimed to a hardcore fan of Macross, is very nice for the casual and more forgiven fan, and I think that's OK; there are no "true" fans like that persons says in the comments; we're all fans and have equal rights to enjoy fan content on the internet. Seriously, frakk that guy. Quote
