Display box for top of detolf

I’d like to find some kind of glass or acrylic case for the top of my display cases, you know there all that real estate up there that’s not used.  Anyway I found this site after a quick google search and just wanted to ask if anybody has used that site, done anything similar, or had any recommendations.

Interesting. I was thinking a cabinet under the detolf would be better. Haven’t found anything the perfect size yet though.

Pretty cool but for someone like me, a big light up logo pedestal is a waste of display space. I’d prefer something like that, a little taller, with a open front or glass door and the lights integrated to light that space up to put more figures in it.

This looks good! Still prefer it to be something made as a base for the detolf to go on top though.

Best solution would be acrylic and 3d print some custom brackets and screw them to it.  Lots of us 3D printer guys are using Ikea Lacks as 3d print stations (buy 2 or 3 of them and print brackets to screw the legs of one onto the top of another one).

If you have 4 detolfs, Lay a fifth detolf  horizontally across the top, it should line up perfect.  You just have to use some type of adhesive or attachment to keep the glass shelves from falling since they will be vertical.  And you would want to mount it so the door opens up and not down.
