1/55 Genocide Valkyrie Mockup in the new Kawamori Book

In case you toy fans don't hit the book section, in the new Kawamori Design works book, they finally published some pics of a 1/55 Genocide(Stampede proto) toy with armor mockup.

Not 1/55 or "Genocide" but pretty much the best "custom" Stampeed toy out there........and about as close to a Genocide version you will get short of the proto just posted....

Interesting how the face-on sketch in the first photo looks A LOT like some of the Invid illustrations we saw in Kevin Siembieda's  original Robotech RPG books.  It's something about the way the arms look so big and heavy (or are those weapon stores hanging under the wings?) and the legs are spread apart at the same angles you saw frequently in Genesis Climber.

You might want to understand which came first. Kawamori designs were original pieces of work that started Macross SDFM and any series, movie, book, game, etc.

And not to bum you out or anything, but the Rowboatech fandom is a complete rip from Kawamori’ creativity.

Do some research or head on over to the “Noob Threads” for the cliff notes.
