MacrossJunkie Posted June 26 Posted June 26 Joytoy TMNT figures are up for pre-orders now on the JoyToy site but apparently they're only available exclusively for mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. So I guess if you want one, you'll need to get them off of 3rd party sellers. Quote

Seems to make more sense, and it gives a reason why their harnesses would be marked; prevent confusion when donning their gear. Quote

Chronocidal Posted July 15 Posted July 15 Speaking of Batman things, I saw this actually go up for sale, and I'm really wondering if this price is too good to be true for something this big. https://www.amazon.com/DC-Comics-Batwing-Anniversary-Collectible/dp/B0CSPMM3X3/ref=pd_rhf_dp_s_gcx-rhf_d_sccl_2_1/138-1624582-5886553?pd_rd_w=BQhXf&content-id=amzn1.sym.f714e129-a2ad-4639-b076-38ae36a3f73b&pf_rd_p=f714e129-a2ad-4639-b076-38ae36a3f73b&pf_rd_r=Y2VGDMDX5XC7Q57X2QMR&pd_rd_wg=9nlxW&pd_rd_r=e811aa9b-217a-427b-aa05-726fceec4685&pd_rd_i=B0CSPMM3X3&psc=1 Quote
sh9000 Posted July 18 Author Posted July 18 The Flash Batwing toy is around the same size as the upcoming 1989 Batwing toy and was the same or cheaper in price. Quote

Glad to see someone with this in-hand (though I was practically screaming at the screen at how many times he tried to mount the wing backwards before looking at the box ). Actually a little smaller than I was expecting, but I can't even say that's a bad thing, and I was glad to see it's actually got landing gear. It's funny to me exactly how tiny this original Batwing was. It always seems slightly weird to me when a vehicle like this is actually designed to be made into a toy, and the proportions work out perfectly for an action figure. It's a really nice alternative to getting horribly gonked-up vehicles that have their proportions mangled so they can fit a standard figure. Quote
sh9000 Posted July 24 Author Posted July 24 Looking forward to adding the 1989 Batwing and BTAS Batmobile to the 1/18 collection. Quote
sh9000 Posted July 27 Author Posted July 27 BTAS series 2. I hope Mezco Toyz makes a Batwing. I would love to have a 1/18 scale BTAS Batwing. Quote
sh9000 Posted July 29 Author Posted July 29 Looking forward to adding Mezco Toyz's 1/18 scale 1989 Batman Batmobile, BTAS Batmobile, BTAS Batcycle, and Spinmaster's 1/18 scale 1989 Batman Batwing to the collection. I hope Mezco Toyz makes a Batman Returns Batskiboat, 1989 Batman Batcave, BTAS Batwing, and BTAS Batcave. Throw in a HARDAC playset as well. Quote
Chronocidal Posted July 29 Posted July 29 (edited) I know it's weird and bafflingly Giger-esque, but I wouldn't mind the Batman Forever Batwing as well. For some reason, my memory of this one got blended with the TAS version, and I've always had a mental image of this one's fuselage with the TAS wings, which I think makes a really nice combo, honestly. sh9000 Posted July 30 Author Posted July 30 Yeah I'd buy a Batman Forever Batwing toy. Along with a Batman Forever Batmobile and Batboat. Quote
sh9000 Posted July 30 Author Posted July 30 The 1/15 scale Tumbler will probably look ok right next to 1/18 scale figures. Quote
