That fire Valkyrie looks like it literally went through a fire. Maybe it was too close to the pyrotechnics. But I do gotta say that it really fits in with old school preshading from the mid nineties, and since Macross 7 was from that era, it looks like this model really stepped right out from a model magazine of that time. It has a very nostalgic feeling to how it was overdone and I’m not sure if that’s intentional but I’m pretending that it is

The Imai (Bandai) 1/72 Variable was all our first variable kit, and this build takes it to another level...perfect transformation and all. Each modification was amazing.

But if you have anxiety about someone possibly cutting, sawing, clipping, and drilling through their fingers, steer clear. lol

1/48 scale 3D printed Destroids from Egil Ballestad.

3D printed...wow. Those came out really clean ! I'm sure there was plenty of finishing to do ,once they were initially printed, but still, they look really good.

I'm having flashbacks from some anti-piracy ad for 'you wouldn't download a car would you'
I can't believe those are 3d printer in color.

Someone could do that in 1/100 right? Or a Nous/Quead and fill in all the HMR 1/100 gaps?

Wave is doing 1/100 destroid kits that could help with the hmr. No Spartan or Monster, but the Phalanx, Tomahawk and defender
