nightmareB4macross Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I’m sure I have seen parts of this diorama here and there, but never the full display as this. Enjoy. Quote

That fire Valkyrie looks like it literally went through a fire. Maybe it was too close to the pyrotechnics. But I do gotta say that it really fits in with old school preshading from the mid nineties, and since Macross 7 was from that era, it looks like this model really stepped right out from a model magazine of that time. It has a very nostalgic feeling to how it was overdone and I’m not sure if that’s intentional but I’m pretending that it is Quote
derex3592 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I really like it!!! Valks really can't be OVER weathered in my opinion! Quote

Shawn Posted January 24 Author Posted January 24 The Imai (Bandai) 1/72 Variable was all our first variable kit, and this build takes it to another level...perfect transformation and all. Each modification was amazing. But if you have anxiety about someone possibly cutting, sawing, clipping, and drilling through their fingers, steer clear. lol Quote
