In the actual design there is a panel that opens on the ventral fuselage and inside is a joystick. The joystick allows the ground technician to move the craft around via repulsorlift if necessary. Wheels aren't needed. In Rogue One we see one of these being towed...uh...somehow. I guess they put wheels in the landing skids or something. Quote
