mechaninac Posted February 9 Posted February 9 1/28 is such an oddball scale but I suppose it would be at home around 1/32 or 1/24 subjects, depending on the pilot's size. I do consider myself officially... intrigued. Quote
Shawn Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I definitely agree with going to a large scale for the Legioss, 1/48 is just too small in my opinion. It needs some ROOM. The 1/28 is close to the original Gakken 1/32 scale which is great. Larger = potentially more durable as they can pack in more material into the important bit, potentially Quote

Larger = potentially more durable as they can pack in more material into the important bit, potentially 1/48 is too small: in building a 1/48 Legioss, it was only as big in soldier mode as a VF-1: At the 1/32 scale, they would be able to do better detail (personally, I would redo the cockpit and put a 1/72 scale fig into the 1/48 myself, but what do I know?) and more convincingly. Some mechs just don't translate well to some scales. Quote
jenius Posted February 10 Posted February 10 1:28 is the B2Five scale so that must be the Pose+. 1/48 isn't that bad, sentinel did a great job with it. Sadly, 1/60 would be too small. Quote
graphic revolt Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Intriguing development! Imagine if they could do a 1/12 scale that would be around 1-1/2 feet tall and all the Sentinel cyclones could be stowed away. Quote

Sentinels 1/48 scale are pretty good and I've hardly had enough time to enjoy them and the tlead isn't even out yet..and we are getting a huge 1/28 legioss? I'm intrigued. Selfishly I've always wonderd what a legioss would look like with a smaller proportioned cockpit such that 1/60 scale would be roughly as large as a Yamato/Arcadia 1/60 VF-1. Quote
davidwhangchoi Posted February 11 Posted February 11 wow a 1/28 Tread will be a fortress i want each missile to individually pop out. Quote
twich Posted February 11 Posted February 11 I wonder how much this POSE+ Legioss will be. Based on the previous pictures, it looks quite detailed, hope it isn’t $400+ Twich Quote
IronRaptor Posted Thursday at 09:55 PM Posted Thursday at 09:55 PM who is making the 1/28 scale Legioss? Quote

manfred17 Posted Friday at 10:04 PM Posted Friday at 10:04 PM I hope Moshow will release someday a high scale, highly detailed and heavy Legioss ! Quote
Duymon Posted Saturday at 12:31 AM Posted Saturday at 12:31 AM Imagine Bandai made Mospeada Models and made them as cursed as their Transforming 1/72 VF-1 line 💀 Quote

But then the characters and story would probably end up more like Delta than the original or even the genesis breakers side story. Quote

They do some surprising classics lately, but I think moderoid would beat them to kits, but hmr is an odd possibility. But it’s a long shot since they’ve never touched the franchise Quote
IronRaptor Posted Sunday at 11:19 AM Posted Sunday at 11:19 AM I think the 1/28 Legioss is meant to be in scale with those small transforming cyclones Toynami made. Quote

m0n5t3r Posted yesterday at 07:05 AM Posted yesterday at 07:05 AM (edited) Finally secured my preorders for the Riobot Tread and 2 x Legioss ETA reissue from a local shop. Seeing as the preorder deadline is until Mar. 6, I wasn't in too much of a hurry. Came out to around $625 for the 3 with a $75 downpayment. This is gonna be a long wait... Mog Posted yesterday at 07:34 AM Posted yesterday at 07:34 AM Considering how long ago the prototype was first shown, it’s already been a long wait. But the end of summer (when these will be initially released) will be here before we know it. Quote
