Ranka-Killer Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Hi! here is my build of the bandai 1/200 kit (re-release of vintage imai kit) I am planning to make a diorama base for this one, still not decided if it will be an interior or exterior scene. I remember some time ago I saw a pic of one of these on a diorama base standing near a cliff with trees around preparing to shoot aiming high, but never found the pic again. Quote
Big s Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Really nice work there. I built one a while back straight out of box and thought about modding the hips. But trying to fit and line up parts and remove seam lines was so frustrating. I’m really glad to see someone turn it into a real display piece. Quote
Sanity is Optional Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Looks great, really wish we could get some updated versions of this and the Zentradi mecha. Quote

derex3592 Posted January 31, 2020 Posted January 31, 2020 Looks great! I built this one a few years back, it does take some time and love to do it right! Quote
MechTech Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 Great pose and building it with more "action" than it comes out of the box! It's still one of my favorites despite how awkward it can be to work with. - MT Quote
Ranka-Killer Posted August 9, 2020 Author Posted August 9, 2020 Just added some wheathering to this modelkit Quote
MechTech Posted August 9, 2020 Posted August 9, 2020 Nice touch! That adds more scale to it. I imagine something this large would have a lot of weathering taking up so much real estate wherever it goes. - MT Quote
Hexi Posted January 10, 2021 Posted January 10, 2021 That looks really nice. The seem lines I've had to deal with on this thing are brutal. So bad I dropped it in a drawer and left it there for almost a year. I can appreciate the suffering you endured. Quote
ChristopherB Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 Wow, the weathering really enhanced the appearance, which was already excellent to begin with! Quote
Gatsu Posted January 29, 2021 Posted January 29, 2021 Good Job!!! ALso with those articulations! Quote
