sh9000 Posted March 28, 2020 Author Posted March 28, 2020 I’d probably get a few cars that I really like for that price. Quote

jvmacross Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 Thanks guys....These Autoart cars are amazingly detailed... However, Autoart did make one glaring mistake on these '71 Mach 1's....something even the lowly Sunstars got right.... On '71-73 Mach 1's....the bumpers are color-matched to the car paint color....only the Boss 351 had a chrome bumper....and '71-72 non-Mach 1's...I hope they release a Boss 351 version at some point....unfortunately, this model has been retired for a long while now.... Does anyone own Danbury Mint cars? They make a nice 1/24 Boss 351....looks nice but not sure on the quality Quote

The Ertl Blade Runner cars are as old as some of my Macross Takatoku Toys! Weathered? A little dusty I suppose, nothing a light cleaning wouldn't take care of. I have them up on ebay if you or anyone else is interested! Quote
seti88 Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 Dont get me wrong, the look of your BR cars are so cool, dustiness or what not. What do you expect, after driving in the rain! Quote
Dobber Posted July 2, 2020 Posted July 2, 2020 Can anyone recommend a good Ford Gt model? I really like the 2004-2006 body style as it is a really good homage to the Classic Ford GT40. Chris Quote

I also had a Lamborghini Countach and thought it was from the same set! Because it looks like a space ship. Still my favorite call ever. Quote

There is 1/43 one that is semi reasonably priced. I wish it was easier to get a decent sized Countach toy. Rite Aid had the Miura recently so I was hoping we'd get a Countach too. Jada has some classic cars like Kitt and Karr from Nightrider for just $10 each at Wal Mart. But no Countach anywhere. Quote
Major Tom Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 Speaking of the 1/43 Police Spinner. I was lucky to find this one in Japan: Quote

Also the Countach is awesome and the box looks like it says 1/43 which is nice. 5 hours ago, Slave IV said: This one looks really good but I want it in Yellow! I kinda want it too! Red will work for me. Yellow does looks great on the Countach. Or any Lambo it seems. Even though I don't really like yellow on cars generally. Quote

AUTOart Millenium 1:18 1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 That’s a beautiful car!! Reminds me of my brother’s real Mach1. Only my brothers had the Lou era on the rear window and Keystone wheels. When he bought the car a lot of extra parts were included including the Magnum 500 wheels and a separate honeycomb rear panel cover. That car was amazing and thank you JVMacross for res parking those memories. Quote

sh9000 Posted March 25, 2021 Author Posted March 25, 2021 I want a trailer for my Jada Nano Optimus Prime. More Jada Nano G1 vehicles would be cool. I would definitely buy a whole line of G1 vehicles if they were released in 1/64 scale. Quote

Would any of those vehicles be 1:64 scale, though? If they're all an equal 1.65 inches in length -- as those images suggest -- then every vehicle will be a different scale. I mean, cars with a similar wheelbase may end up being close to equal in scale (Crosshairs and Barricade, perhaps, or Jazz and Bumblebee...?), but that would likely be a fluke, rather than by design. I absolutely hate how Jada, Hot Wheels, and Matchbox treat "scale" as if it were marketing lingo, rather than a measurement of relative size. Quote
