Yeah, the majority of the people are avoiding it because it costs a fortune to even just go to Disneyland these days. I used to know people that would go all the time, but none of them do that anymore and just seem to have switched to one of the other parks like magic mountain or universal studios

Universal is just as expensive.  It might be a few bucks cheaper but that is splitting hairs at best.  Where Disney may be in trouble soon is that new Universal park - where Disney is only repurposing existing land instead of adding more capacity.

I think the reason for the switch to universal might’ve been a ride per cost situation. A lot of people find it tough to get on more than a handful of rides at Disney, while they can more than double the fun at other parks
