Your two options are to find a proxy to bid on the book for you via YJA...or wait until it is released and hope to win one via YJA or perhaps buy it from Mandarake if they list one. If you go for the one linked by @no3ljm....you need to make sure your proxy can complete the transaction. Basically, the seller is auctioning his PO purchase code that he/she received at the event. Your proxy would then need to go to the dedicated website for the book's PO and complete the order. It will then ship to the proxy in Japan and they can then ship to you once it releases and arrives to their address. Quote

jvmacross Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 The last Kawamori Exhibit companion book is virtually impossible to find. It was posted up maybe 2 or 3 times on YJA when first released and then has not showed up again since. I don't recall seeing it listed on Mandarake either. I am thinking these books have ultra low print runs. Quote

Fortunately I'm not that desperate to go through all those hoops for such a book. Damn why do you do this Kawamori! Quote

I'd gladly pay 8000 yen max but I refuse to go through hoops. I want a straightforward purchase option. But there's no such option so yeah, I'll forget about it. 19 hours ago, jvmacross said: Don't worry....I'll post pics.... Please do! Quote

Just so you know, the book itself cost Y12000 as posted on the Kawamori Expo website goods page. So the Y16000 posted by the YJA seller is already a good price. https://kawamoriexpo.jp/s/ex01/page/goods?ima=4358 Quote

I could buy several other things in the meantime much easier and much faster Macross is not my only hobby/interest, I have other 'mouths' to feed. Sorry Kawamori Quote
Bolt Posted June 30, 2019 Posted June 30, 2019 Very cool. No M+ songs at the crossover live , but we get this limited edition YF-19 at the expo ... I’ll take it! I really want this flight deck too.. Quote
Graham Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 So I take it there was absolutely no news of a new Macross TV series or about what happened to the presumably cancelled TV series we were supposed to get this year? Dissapointing Quote

hachi Posted August 1, 2019 Posted August 1, 2019 Guys who can read Japanese, is this another EXPO book? This seems to be a general release. Unfortunately Satelight doesn't ship to overseas locations https://www.satelight-store.com/products/detail.php?product_id=211 Quote

If it does, no problem, there's a Eureka 7 artbook coming out anyway. But if it doesn't....RIP wallet? (Assuming I can go through the hoops associated with a successful purchase of this expo book...) hachi Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 Interview of Shoji Kawamori in Kotaku: https://kotaku.com/how-anime-has-and-hasnt-changed-according-to-shoji-kaw-1838478119 lol Quote “One of my friends got in touch with Studio Nue, the studio that made the anime, and we got a tour.” It was during the break between the end of junior high and the start of high school. “I was surprised to see how small and how dirty that studio was,” Kawamori said, chuckling.
