Metal Build Evangelion Unit-01 (Completed) preorders will start after PM4:00 of 1st September, Japan time[GMT+9] since preorder starts on the 3rd. what they say is also true since it is AFTER September 1st. lol Quote

It could be that it's showing time on your local time zone, not Japan time. I think it supposes to show your local time. for me it Shows Sales Period Sep 03, 2018, 00:00 ～ Japan Time which is when preorder will start at my local pacific time. . ignoring the japan time at the end.
