Thom Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Love that helmet and the wings. Will always wish they'd get the pleated 'skirt' though. Quote

Dynaman Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Depending on how things are going it could do anything at this point. Nobody wants to release a movie with WWs budget to theaters when they know it will not do well. Anything could happen in the next two months. Quote
kajnrig Posted July 14, 2020 Posted July 14, 2020 Slightly off-topic, but this was a surprise. Kotobukiya are releasing a Wonder Woman model kit based on their Frame Arms Girl kits: https://www.hlj.com/cross-frame-girl-wonder-woman-humikane-shimada-ver-kbycg-004 Quote
Old_Nash Posted August 22, 2020 Posted August 22, 2020 (edited) From DC Fandome New trailer Edited August 22, 2020 by Old_Nash Quote
Kanedas Bike Posted August 22, 2020 Posted August 22, 2020 Still looks like fun. Know next to zilch when it comes to the overall DC lore so I have no idea if Cheetah is comic's accurate or not but she looks cool-ish. -b. Quote
TangledThorns Posted August 22, 2020 Posted August 22, 2020 Looks good. Shame I may only see it from my couch though. Quote

I swear to god she's channeling Michelle Pfeiffer from Batman Returns for this. Quote

It was hard for me to get much of a feel for the character at all from the trailer, but I'll agree in the sense that she went from meek to FIERCE in the same vein. -b. Quote
kalvasflam Posted August 23, 2020 Posted August 23, 2020 wait a minute, is she swinging from lightning bolt to lightning bolt? like... like... like Spiderman? what the.... can we go back to the invisible jet? Quote
derex3592 Posted August 23, 2020 Posted August 23, 2020 I really do wanna see this in the theater! Quote
Thom Posted August 23, 2020 Posted August 23, 2020 IMO, the invisible jet is pretty lame. But then I just remember the cartoon with her flying around in an outline of a plane. If they did something like the stealth system on the Shield helicarrier that would be different. Quote

The jet is pretty pointless since she can still be seen. Quote
jvmacross Posted August 23, 2020 Posted August 23, 2020 If she can summon lightning and swing across the sky using them, then what is the point of a jet...invisible or not With that said, how can someone like this Cheetah villain possibly harm her? Quote

Swinging on summoned lightning hardly sounds like and everyday means of transportation... That's like saying if someone can run super fast, why would they get a car? Quote

Kanedas Bike Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 If theaters reopen by then I'll go to the movies to see it, but if not I have HBO Max via my cable provider and I'll just watch it at home. I'd also pay a premium if Warner were to follow a similar model as Disney did with Mulan (which I did not care to pay for). -b. Quote

Big s Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 From what I understand the theaters in California have been ordered to be crap down again and I’m not sure if they will reopen anytime soon. I don’t think I would pay a rental price for this one especially if it’s a crazy high price like Milan, but if it shows up free then I’ll probably check it out. Quote
Tking22 Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 Wait so on December 25th I can watch this on HBOMax? Without another charge on top like Disney+ did with Mulan? That's pretty awesome! I have HBOMax, so I'll definitely check this out on Christmas day! The real bummer is that the HBOMax app is stuck in the dark ages, no 4K HDR in 2020? That's frakking absurd, they need to get that updated ASAP. Quote
TangledThorns Posted November 19, 2020 Posted November 19, 2020 This gives me a good excuse to sign up for HBO Max for one month. There is some good series that I'm excited about to binge through too. Quote
mikeszekely Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 Hmm. So I said I wasn't going to sign up for yet another streaming service just to watch this or WB's other 2021 films without going to the theater... but I realized a couple of my go-to "comfort food" shows that I like to rewatch when there's nothing better on jumped to HBO Max. Now I'm thinking I might sign up while they're giving 20% off if you pre-pay for six months. Quote

Dobber Posted December 16, 2020 Posted December 16, 2020 HBO Max isn’t available on Amazon devices right? I have the Fire TV. Chris Quote

no3Ljm Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 (edited) I tried to do it last night but the wife said no. She told me to just wait for it to come out and buy it digitally. Same with the Justice League. Who am I to argue, right? Edited December 17, 2020 by no3Ljm Quote
