Favourite Valks For Each Mode

Just wanted to see what everyone's preferred Valks are for each of the three modes.

I'll start:

Fighter: YF-30 Chronos

Gerwalk: Super VF-25G

Battroid: VF-31C

Is this more of what mode you want your Valkyrie collections to be displayed or for overall?

For now, I'll answer mine based on the overall preferred mode.  

Fighter: VF-1 (+/-SSP)  & VF-2SS (+/-SAP)

Gerwalk: VF-25 (+/-SP) & VF-1 (+/-SSP)

Battroid: VF-0, VF-1 (+/-SSP), YF-19 (+FP)

 

[Sanity is Optional]

Fighter: YF-19, clean without packs.

Gerwalk: VF-1 Strike. [edit] Also Koenig Monster.

Battroid: VF-25 Luca Super.

F: VF-0D
G: SV-51 (you know you want those flapping wings)
B: YF-19

Fighter: VF-4G Lightning III (decal'd to look like Hikaru's VF-4A-0)

GERWALK: Sv-51γ (D.D. Ivanov colors)

Battroid: VF-2SS Valkyrie II w/ Super Armed Pack

Pretty much everything I have on display is in Fighter mode, though, as I generally feel that's the best looking mode.

This ones tough. I could easily put the VF-1 in all three categories as it is my number one favorite. My number two favorite is the VF-2SS but no toy has really captured it for me. So leaving those two out I'd pick the following:

Fighter - VF-4G (this was the easiest pick of them all) followed by VF-27

Gerwalk - VF-31 followed by VF-0

Battroid - SV-262 followed by YF-19

Gerwalk: VF-1 with super parts (favorite of any model/mode)

Battroid: Hard to say, but I like the yf-19 battroid a lot

Battroid: VF-1S Roy

Gerwalk: SV-262 (weird I know)

Batroid: YF-19.   (clean, no backpack design)

Battroid: VF-0

Gerwalk: VF-1s

Gerwalk -- Drakken with Missle packs and sword

Battroid - VF-1J Clean

Fighter: VF-4G Lightning III (Shoulder is not able to move, no point in B-mode)

Gerwalk: VF-25 with no armor (Most balance looking in general)

Battroid: YF-19 (Good looking battroid mode IMO)

 

Actually, I have all 3 modes mixed. Love Macross in any form 

Especially VF-1s, all 3 modes anywhere at home.

Yeah it's kinda a bit of everything- but I definitely had the cabinet display in mind, but overall looks is fine too.

sorry it's more of a range rather than 1 preferred..can't do it...

Agreed that it's hard to land on just one Valkyrie per mode, the VF-1 for me could easily be my favorite in all three modes, but the 4G is just gorgeous and the 19 is iconic to me.

I could also easily add the 25 and 31 to my list, but they're still too new for me to grant them status above the classics.

Hmmm..................I can't just chose one for each, as I  Iove evey Valk in Fighter mode and none in Gerwalk. LOL.

Favorite Fighter modes in no particular order: VF-1, VF-2SS w SAP, YF-19, VF-19F, VF-17. VF-31, VF-25.

Favourite Battroid Mmodes in no particular order: VF-1, VF-2SS w SAP, YF-19, VF-19, VF-17. VF-31, VF-25.

Favourite Gerwalk modes in no particular order: None.

Fighter: VF-0B ! (very close finalist with the VF-0D with retracted wings ready to dive)

Gerwalk: SV-51 Ivanov

Battroid: VF-31F with missiles equipped on the hands.

I didn't really like the 31 line outside of its fighter mode, but I recently put the VF-31 on display in battroid mode and it really has grown on me thanks to the clever hips mechanism, sturdy posability and the triangular missiles that I have equipped on the forearms. My last grip is the straight index finger, but thanks to @Saburoshots I found a way to pose them also.
