Astralith Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 (edited) Ok, this has been bugging me for a while now. Does the initial V2 VF-1j Hikaru have a different shade of white from the 30th-anniversary release? If you have one or both of these valks, post pics so that I can see the difference if there is one. no3Ljm Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 There's already multiple threads pertaining to this 'white' questions. And thru search, I found the two nearest ones: To answer your questions, I have 3 VF-1J's. First, the one with Super Packs which for me is a little bit on the yellowish side. Second, is the 30th Anniversary version which is brighter white. And third, the Arcadia GBP release which is more on the pinkish side. It's hard to see on the photos when not used with proper lighting and background settings which I don't have. And this opinion is just based on what I see. Quote
barurutor Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 Given a difference of 5 years between the initial VF-1J with TV Super Packs and the 30th anniversary reissue, the plastic formulation could've changed over time. Quote
dizman Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 I have an early release VF-1J with fast packs and compared to the TV Roy 1S it has a yellow hue. Quote
