arbit Posted July 7, 2017 Author Posted July 7, 2017 This is just epoxy and magnets with Leiji Matsumoto Mechanical Series battleships and the Yamato SDF-1. Literally a 10 minute project. I didn't have to customize or damage anything. The nice thing about epoxy is you can peel it off when you want the toy back like new without any problems. But I did micro decal the SDF-1 and add some highlights, but no real painting, just Mr. Top Coat Semi Gloss applied by a pro named TK Mechworks who lives nearby. Quote

wmkjr Posted August 9, 2017 Posted August 9, 2017 (edited) Looks like the one in DAICON IV intro (2secs) except with DYRL SDF? Edited August 9, 2017 by wmkjr Quote
arbit Posted August 9, 2017 Author Posted August 9, 2017 (edited) Wmkjr, Thanks for posting the Daicon video. It is a lovely classic with a lot of history and backstory for Macross fans. Edited December 21, 2017 by arbit Quote
